Michael Gibb
Michael previously volunteered with the Lake Chelan Food Bank, Okanogan Long Term Wildfire Recovery Group, and ESL. Michael joined the CVH Board 5 years ago. He has served as President of the Board for 2 1/2 years. He and his wife have lived in Chelan since 2009. He retired from a 37 year career in marketing and sales management, after graduating from the University of Washington.

Laurence Noclain
Laurence has a Bachelor’s degree in Languages and Linguistics as well as an MBA. She has been an international Management Consultant for over 35 years. She moved to Chelan from Puerto Rico 3 years ago and wanted to be actively participating in the community which is why she approached Chelan Valley Hope and was accepted as a board member. Laurence serves on the Community Partnerships Work Team at CVH.

Moses Garcia
Moses is a lawyer with a focus on litigation. His legal experience includes a broad spectrum of issues and practice in both State and Federal courts. Moses retired from active practice in 2021 and lives with his wife in Manson. He serves CVH as the chair of the Facilities Committee.

Jacinda McLaughlin
Jacinda has an MBA with a focus on IT Management and works remotely as a Sr. Manager of a software engineering team at Expedia Group. She lives full time in Chelan with her husband Tim, and also serves as the Board Chair for Washington FBLA. Jacinda joined the board in 2019 and currently serves CVH as chair of the Technologies Committee.

Stacy Willoughby
Stacy Willoughby is a Pacific Northwest native with over twenty years of experience in finance, including investments, planning, and banking. She is a Lender at Cashmere Valley Bank and lives in Chelan with her husband Rick. Stacy enjoys being an active part of the community which includes serving on the board of Chelan Valley Hope since June 2021. Stacy is Vice-President of the Board.

Mia Mickelson
Mia received her B.A. from the University of Washington in visual arts. She has worked in a variety of roles to pursue her passion for creativity and organizational communications. Before retiring to Chelan full time, Mia held the position of graphic design and communications coordinator at Northshore Community Church in Kirkland, WA. Mia serves CVH as the chair of our Media/Marketing Committee.

Jason Morin
Jason is a small business owner and is thankful to be a part of the Chelan Valley Hope team. Along with his wife Erin and their two children, Nicholas & Olivia, they have been living in the Chelan Valley and engaged in the community since 2018. He has prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry and working with other non-profit boards in the region. Jason serves CVH as Treasurer and leads the Finance Committee.

Drew McAfee
Prior to his retirement in 2016, Drew was the managing Partner and PNW Health & Benefits Practice leader for Mercer Consulting. Prior to joining Mercer, Drew was the President & CEO of Physician Hospital Community Organization. He has over 30 years experience in Executive Human Resource roles. Drew has been active in his community, previously serving as the President of the Board of Trustees for Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations from Northern Illinois University, and a Masters degree in Psychology and Organizational Development from Central Washington University. Drew serves CVH as chair of the Human Resources Committee.

Craig Booth
Craig is a graduate from Seattle City University, with an MBA in Organizational Leadership. He lives in Chelan, WA and is currently a consultant in project contracts, procurement and logistics. Craig serves CVH as a member of the Facilities Committee.

JoAnne Strandberg
JoAnne Strandberg, along with her husband, owns Culinary Apple in downtown Chelan. She has been an active volunteer in this community having served as an officer on the Historic Downtown Chelan Association board for many years before joining Chelan Valley Hope. She serves as the chair of the Fundraising Committee.

Sue Templeton
Sue has a degree in Business Administration and worked for over 40 years in healthcare administration. She and her husband retired to the Chelan Valley in 2018. She volunteered in the CVH ESL program for two years. Sue joined the CVH Board in 2022 and serves as Secretary.
