Chelan Valley Hope (CVH) is a non-profit organization seeking to provide hope to those in difficulty.  CVH does this by connecting those with needs with those that have resources to help them.  It is our hope that those helped will eventually be empowered and choose to aid others in the future.  The following is a brief form to help CVH to understand in what way you (or the agency/business you represent) might provide the resources needed.
